The Fur Angel Foundation has rescheduled its "K9 and Keiki Carnival" to Sunday, Sept. 16, featuring games for dogs and kids, food and entertainment, juvenile judges, a best-tricks contest, and a canine king and queen contest. This event is free and was rescheduled (from Aug. 26) due to Hurricane Lane.
