The 57th annual Hawaiʻi State Farm Fair is hosted by the Hawaiʻi State Department of Agriculture and the Hawaiʻi State 4-H Livestock Council This year’s theme is "Growing for your Future."
It is free for children and students with a valid student ID. The cost is $5 for the general public.

Fairgoers can visit the Department of Agriculture’s “Buy Local, It Matters” Education Pavilion for exhibits and shopping from local vendors. There will be locally grown produce and plants at the Kamehameha Schools’ Country Market and Plant Sale. There will also be food for sale including grass-fed beef burgers from Kualoa Ranch.
Keiki will be able to see animals up close including steer, goats, chickens, pigs and more in the 4-H Livestock Tent. There will also be music, entertainment, demonstrations and on-stage contests like watermelon eating, corn husking and chili pepper eating. There will also be pony rides, bouncers and activities in the Keiki Hands on the Farm exhibit, where kids can experience what a day on the farm is like including milking a life-sized cow (replica), seeing a chick hatchery with live chicks and more.
