The 93rd Annual Ho‘olaule‘a at Kamehameha is a family-friendly, cultural celebration.
This year, the class of 2020 chose the theme, “Ua Kupu a Lau Ke Aloha” which means “Inspired and Nourished by Love."
There will be cultural demonstrations, inflatables, rides, video games, a dunking booth and lots of keiki crafts and games.
Families can shop in the country store, at the silent auction, plant shop and buy lei and event apparel. Neighbor island delicacies include Moloka‘i fish, Kaua‘i külolo and Kona coffee and tea.
On stage, you can find performances by Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award winners, Jerry Santos, Nā Leo Pilimehana, Nā Hoa, Nāpua Greig and Blayne Asing.
Food booths will be selling Hawaiian and Korean plates, brownies, malassadas, fried noodles and more.
The event is open to the public with free admission and free parking on campus as directed by security, at Kapālama Elementary and at the Kamehameha Schools Bus terminal. Bus shuttles begin at 7:00am.
