Celebrate Korean arts and culture with art activities, where kids will receive a square of fabric to create a custom bojagi, a traditional Korean cloth used for gift wrapping, carrying food, or transporting items. Design possibilites are limitless with colorful fabric crayons and a variety of Korean-inspired stamps. Make and play jegichagi--a Korean version of hacky sack. Using metal washers and fabric, kids can assemble their own makeshift jegi and kick and toss their creations around to keep them off the ground. Join Kpop in Paradise for an unforgettable Korean pop music and dance experience, watch traditional Korean dance, drum and taekwondo demonstrations. The film Seoul Cinema: The Satellite Girl and Milk Cow will be playing at 11:10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Participate in the museum's themed drawing contest for a chance to win a supporting membership to the Museum and to be featured on the website and brochure.
