Bank of Hawaʻiʻs free, monthly "Family Sunday" is a surf- and skate-inspired program where kids can make ocean-themed crafts with recycled materials, paint their own Vans tote bags and hats, and watch a movie about a surfing family from Kauaʻi.
The "Green Room" event is from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All activities stop at 2 p.m., but attendees are welcome to visit the art galleries until 4:30 p.m.
Bank of Hawaiʻi also hosts a concurrent "Family Sunday" at Spalding House. A free shuttle bus will transport riders between the art museum and Spalding House, located in Makiki.
