Bike Rodeo with Hawaii Bicycling League

Children will learn proper usage of their helmets, and bike safety as they ride a course around the Library. Children should bring their own bikes and helmets although loaners will be available, if needed. This three-hour program is suitable for ages 5 and older, with an accompanying parent or adult caregiver.
