Bounty of the Seven Seas Dinner Buffet

Grab the kids and the tutu and celebrate our rich ancestry and the Hawaiian monarchy at The Kahala Presents: Kamehameha The Great Hawaiian Luau Buffet ocean side at Plumeria Beach House. The Great united the islands and after statehood in 1959, Hawaii's first governor made it a State holiday, King Kamehameha Day, in celebration of the famous monarch. This weekend's Bounty of the Seven Seas dinner buffet will feature special Hawaiian-style food preparations along with all of King Neptune's glorious gifts from the sea—shrimp, crab, scallops, lobster, and catch-of-the-day. At the carving station enjoy Hawaiian rock salt Pulehu strip loin and crispy pork belly with Kahala dipping sauce. Enjoy traditional pork lau lau with Kalua pig and cabbage, crispy pipikaula taro hash patties, and whole kiawe-smoked chicken with pineapple glaze. Pasta with tomato or garlic cream sauce will be served along with oven roasted Kula tomatoes and sautéed Hamakua mushrooms and fresh asparagus. Desserts including lilikoi crème brulee, macadamia nut tarts, Kona coffee panna cotta, and coconut-banana mochi will be available. If you can't be a king, you may as well eat like one! Enjoy casual and al fresco dining as well as free parking for up to four hours.
