Ceramic Coil Mugs Workshop

$25 per child 

Ages 5 and up

Students will start by rolling out long ropes of clay, which they’ll twirl and twist together to construct one-of-a-kind vessels. After sculpting the pieces, they’ll decorate them with colorful underglaze. When finished, pieces will be collected, fired and returned to Art Explorium to picked up on a later date.

Instructor Garid Chapman is a ceramics artist who specializes in making creatures inspired by biology and animation.
