Earth Day Festival Coastal Cleanup & Sand Sifter Competition

Waimanalo Beach Park Honolulu, Hawaii
Join Sustainable Coastlines at Waimanalo Beach Park as for its largest cleanup of the year. Focusing on 10 miles of coastal area centered at Waimanalo Beach Park, volunteers will join the Hawaii Army National Guard and local community groups to clean Bellows, Sherwoods, Waimanalo Beach, Kaupo Bay, and Makapu'u. Check in at Waimanalo Beach Park and catch the shuttles, or you can go directly to your favorite location. All supplies will be provided but it is suggested you bring a reusable water bottle, reef-friendly sunscreen and snacks.
A plastic-free lunch will be provided while supplies last, starting at noon at Waimanalo Beach Park, along with live music by Mike Love and more, prize giveaways, treasure hunts and games for the keiki.
