Family Sunday: Mori and Steam
to
If you didn't get enough of Japan culture at the Hawaii Children's Discovery Center, Harajuku fashions are the focus of this month's Bank of Hawaii Family Sunday. Kids can make steampunk goggles or pins while listening to jazzy live performances. Watch artist Roy Change sketch live, walk through the new exhibit Harajuku: Tokyo Street Fashion, watch the free kid-friendly rock'n'roll comedy film Hello! Junichi, then catch the free shuttle bus to Spalding House to make kawaii (cute) key chains and listen to stories by the magical fairy godmother, Susie Roth.
Sunday, Feb. 21. 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Activities end at 3 p.m.
