The annual "Halawa Xeriscape Garden Open House and Unthirsty Plant Sale" is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Aug. 3, at the Xeriscape Garden. There will be workshops, keiki activities, social media contests, and educational booths and plant crafts.
