Join tens of thousands of people in Waikiki for three days of culture, food, dancing and games, celebrating the people of Hawaiʻi and the Pacific Rim. This year's theme is, "Looking Back to Create the Future: 25 Years of Aloha."
The festival starts on Friday, March 8, with educational school tours, a hula program and friendship gala.
On Saturday, March 9, there will be craft and food corners, performances, a Japanese film festival, dance convention, bon dancing parties and more.
Then on Saturday, March 10, the Honolulu Rainbow EKIDEN race kicks off, followed by another Japanese film festival, craft and food corners and bon dancing. The Grand Parade begins at 4 p.m., followed by fireworks at 8 p.m.
