For just $40, you can sample 40 junmai, daiginjo and ginjo sakes and pig out on an appetizer buffet. The Joy of Sake hosts an evening sake tasting, featuring the themes of New Year's, Cherry Blossom Season, Setsubun (Spring Festival) and Tanabata (Milky Way Festival). The Sake Shop's Nadine Leong will offer tips on pairing sake with her favorite foods. Donation sake available for holiday gifts. Event is limited to 80 people. Reservation required. All sales are final. Registration opens at 5:30 p.m. Sake tasting begins at 6 p.m.
