Jazz Styles with Dean Taba & Noel Okimoto at Kailua Public Library
Musician Dean Taba and special guest Noel Okimoto will offer a selection of songs from the greats throughout the age of jazz.
Dean Taba is a highly regarded studio and freelance musician. He has performed and recorded with a variety of local and national musicians and groups like Jake Shimabukuro, The San Francisco Symphony and Hiroshima. Noel Okimoto has been playing drums professionally since the age of ten and is now considered one of the best drummers in Hawaii.
This 45-minute program is suitable for ages five and older. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.
