Taste and learn to make your own kiawe energy bars with Vince Kana‘i Dodge. He will share the benefits of kiawe bean pod flour. Naturally sweet, gluten free, and diabetic friendly, the flour is made from the dried pulverized bean pods of the kiawe tree, which is the most common wild tree growing on the Waianae coast. This event is suitable for all ages.
