In the Kitchen with Chef Marco Elder at Du Vin
On November 19, Brasserie Du Vin will host a special demo and dining event. Chef Marco Elder, beloved for his French-style soups, bouillabaisse, and wine and beer dinners at Du Vin, will share tools, tips and secrets from Brasserie Du Vin's kitchen. He'll demonstrate how dishes are prepared and invite guests to join in. Guests will be invited to ask him “how to” and “what is” questions all night long. Items will then be served following the demonstration. This month's demo and dine menu features:
