Local author Kaui Hart Hemmings will read from her debut young adult novel Juniors. Hemmings is the author of House of Thieves, a collection of short stories, and The Descendants, a New York Times bestselling novel and Oscar-winning film for best adapted screenplay. She will have signed copies of her book available for purchase. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library Kapolei and is suitable for ages 12 and older.
