The 23rd Annual Moanikeala Hula Festival spotlights the Hawaiian culture through live music and Hawaiian halau hula (hula schools) performances at the Polynesian Cultural Center. The festival honors the center's first Hawaiian cultural instructor Aunty Sally Naluai.
