In the comic tradition of Laurel and Hardy, two clowns, Zacharias and Pepper, each possesses a box – their own private spaces that they love to show off but refuse to share. Preying on the clowns' childish bickering, the pompous, high-handed Drum Major schemes to steal both boxes, forcing the two clowns to renegotiate their relationship. Through hilarious trial and error Zacharias and Pepper magically acquire one new box, which they learn to share and enjoy together.
