Rising Stars Tasting Gala

Sample dishes by the next generation of up-and-coming star chefs as selected by StarChefs.com at the first ever Rising Stars Tasting Gala in Hawaii. The 16 winners will serve up off-the-menu items, each paired with a drink, for one night only at the Halekulani. All rising star nominees must have fewer than 10 years experience as an Executive Chef and under 40 years old. The honorees are:
