Staying Fit Tips
A Mililani YMCA instructor will teach children some simple warm-up, stretching, balance and strength exercises that they can do to stay fit. Participants should wear comfortable footwear and clothing. This 45-minute program is recommended for children ages 5 and up. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.
