Traditional Taekwondo Center Of Honolulu Hosts Open House To Benefit Hawaii Meth Project

The community is invited to an open house at the Traditional Taekwondo Center of Honolulu on Saturday, April 30, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The open house will include a “Class Preview†with International Taekwondo Master and 4th Degree Black Belt, Sahbumnim David Ippen, “Power Demonstrations†from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and a free “Self Defense Class†from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Traditional Taekwondo Center will be selling “Got Taekwondo†wristbands for $5 to benefit the Hawaii Meth Project. Refreshments and balloons for the keiki are complimentary. Fun games will also be available for the whole family to enjoy.All of the event proceeds will support the Hawaii Meth Project's effort to reduce Meth or “ice†use among Hawaii's teens.
