The 36th annual Junior Finishing Tournament gives O‘ahu’s keiki the chance to go on a boating adventure while learning about preservation and sustainability.
Each boat has an experienced captain, first mate and chaperone to engage kids and ensure their safety. There will also be an after-party at the Waikīkī yacht club’s pool deck, supervised by trained lifeguards.
Ages 7–15
Public parking located at Ala Moana Beach Park—Magic Island
Check in is located at the Waikīkī Yacht Club’s pool deck beneath the big tent.
Schedule
7:30–9 a.m. Check in with preregistered groups and boat assignment.
9–11 a.m. Fishing outside the harbor in Waikīkī.
11–11:45 a.m. Back to Waikīkī Yacht Club.
11:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m. Pool activities at the Waikīkī Yacht Club.
1–2 p.m. Barbecue activities at the Waikīkī Yacht Club.
2 p.m. Awards at the Waikīkī Yacht Club.
