6 Ingredients to a Chinese-Food Favorite
Ingredients:
- 1 (Unit) blocks cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (Unit) package imitation crab
- 1 (Unit) pack of won ton pi
- 0 c (Cup) chopped green onion
- oz (Ounce) Juice of one lemon
- (Unit) Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Shred imitation crab and mix in a large bowl with cream cheese.
2. Add green onions and pepper to bowl.
3. Squeeze in lemon juice and mix well.
4. Using a spoon, put a dollop of crab mixture in the middle of the won ton pi.
5. Dip your fingertips in water and wet the outer edge of the won ton pi.
6. Fold won ton pi over to make a triangle and press to seal.
7. Heat vegetable oil in a pot (medium heat, nice, slow boil).
8. Make sure you have enough oil to cover five won tons at a time.
9. Once oil is hot, drop in won tons and cook until golden brown.
10. Serve with Mae Ploy chili sauce.
