Baby Shark and Pinkfong
Thousands of HONOLULU Family parents went to Ticketmaster to grab their tickets for the first Baby Shark Live show on O‘ahu. We were online too to answer questions emailed and messaged to us about the presale for our four shows in November. The shows and meet-and-greets quickly sold out. So, weʻre offering a sixth and final show scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 23 at 5 p.m. and, more importantly, more spaces in all of our meet-and-greet sessions.
But before you reserve your spots, we wanted to answer some of the questions we saw most this morning.
Question: I signed up for the eNewsletter but can’t find the code?
Answer: The email with the code was sent to parents immediately after they signed up and again around 8:55 a.m. Monday, Sept. 16. That’s just five minutes before the presale began. If you didn’t receive it, check your junk email in case it landed there. If you do see the email, make sure you can see the image. The code is written on the bottom of that. If you did sign up for the eNewsletter but didn’t receive an email at all, email us or message us through Facebook or Instagram.
Question: Is the presale only for the Saturday shows?
Answer: No. Presale is open for all shows. Make sure you select which show you want to attend—there are 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. shows on both Saturday and Sunday—before you enter the code. Once you enter the code, you are locked in to that show. Click here for the full list.
Question: Are any kids free?
Answer: Kids 2 years and older require a ticket. Younger kids are free but will not have a seat, so they will have to sit on someone’s lap.
Question: Which shows are sold out?
Answer: The only meet-and-greet session which still has spots open is the one we just added after the new 5 p.m. show on Saturday, Nov. 23. The 10:30 a.m. performance that day is also sold out, except for a few single seats.
Question: I bought several tickets but it looks like we’re not sitting together?
Answer: At the Neal Blaisdell Concert Hall, all seats on the left side of the house are identified by even numbers while all those on the right have odd numbers. That means even if your seat numbers appear to skip—for example, seats 13, 15 and 17—don’t worry. You are sitting next to each other. Click here for the concert hall’s seating chart.
